Dedicated to a Swedish Diplomat Honorary American Citizen Righteous Man Angel Of Rescue RAOUL WALLENBERG SHELL During World War II, his mission of mercy behind enemy lines was an act of heroism unprecedented in the history of mankind. A Lutheran, he is responsible for saving 100,000 Jewish lives during the Holocaust and proving that one man can make a difference. He was a shining light in a dark and depraved world and redeemed the reputation of humanity. Dedicated in an ecumenical effort September 12, 1982
